1. Hierofanía by Ludeshka

Ten years ago, Utrecht, God of Justice, disappeared.

Nobody knows if he’s dead, lost, or in hiding.

Utrecht’s followers, his Knights, first lost their magic and then the respect of the people.

Some Knights left the order and joined the worship of other gods. Others joined the army and fought for reasons other than their faith.

Some stayed loyal. They fought and died for Justice. All that remains of them now are their names carved in stone.

Some remain, like scattered embers of a fire that once lit the world.

The storyline to be quite interesting and the characters were very original.
I found that you will get a clearer understanding of the story if you complete all of the endings first. It made the game more interesting.
The atmosphere was very tense so I couldn't tell whether something good or bad was going to happen.
From what I played, there seemed to be no happy endings like a typical vn game which doesn't make the endings seem as fun.
Overall, it was not bad. Even if it wasn’t the final version, I still like the idea and it was very interesing."

  2. "-Nice intro. Just like a movie!
-I also like the Latin in correct case endings... :D
-I love how there's plenty of humor in this!
-Great art/graphics style. It's very distinctive and seeps through the entire game with a kind of consistency that gives the game its own world.
-Awesome storyline. It flowed very smoothly and was full of mysteries that I had to keep playing until I got to the ending(s). :)
-If I had to say any points of improvement... maybe it's just me, but maybe the default text speed could be slower rather than at 100%. I just think it would've had a smoother feel to it. :> Also, maybe the text in the intro scenes could proceed automatically (if that's possible?) for better effect.
-Overall, I really enjoyed this game! "

  3. "- The art style is something I'm not used to seeing. While refreshing, sometimes the sprites constantly moving and changing direction with every emotion bugged me and was a tad distracting. Clearly a lot of work went into developing the style, and it shows, but it also feels really sketchy. The lack of CGs was disappointing.

    - The plot was interesting, I'll admit. The endings, while sad and dreary, were unique and solid. However, I really didn't get a good feel for the characters. Things felt a bit rushed and most of the characters seemed like pale, flat single-sided people.

    - Nothing really to note about the interface. Nothing particularly special, but it served its purpose perfectly fine. I would really, really liked to have known which endings I had already seen and how many more there were in the game.

-The music was of a decent quality, but there were several points where it just didn't fit the mood or setting. When they killed the zombie, the music did not make me think of a battle scene, more like a death march. However, there were several pieces that really shone, such as the ending music.

-Overall, I'm all over the board with Hierofania. It has many shining marks to it, but enough minor flaws and defects that detract from the overall feeling of it. Nonetheless, after seeing the true ending, I would be more than willing to give the sequel, if there was one, a chance."
